The AC Reynolds n Brevard game looks very interesting for game 1. So many games throughout the State will be some good matchups. I’m due to make a trip to see someone like AC Reynolds or Asheville or Cherokee just to check out the stadium. Can’t wait until football season to begin.

I’m hearing that Reagan has some good returning players plus the good QB from last year. If what I hear is true. I wonder if they possibly could compete toward the top of the conference. East Forsyth usually the top tier team from year to year. It will be interesting when East Forsyth takes on Mooresville this year.

I know Brian Hales is a great coach. I believe he will do a great job with the team. I didn’t see that one coming. But good to see him back in coaching action.

28-1 Lake Norman girls will take on 30-0 McDowell this evening at 8pm. Winner advances to the 4A state championship game. I seen Lake Norman play and they definitely have the ingredients to win it all. Best of luck.

Also mercy rule changing from 42-35
Not sure what to think about this. I’ve seen where team be down by 5 TDs and make a comeback. Maybe not win the game but kept it close. Also I could see where reserves are robbed from playing action. They work hard during practice. Also I could see where this can keep a game from really getting out of hand. Of course coaches have far more knowledge on this than I do.
