Richard Bailey named head coach for 88th Shrine Bowl

Scotland head football coach Richard Bailey has been named as the North Carolina head coach for the 88th Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas to be played next December.  Bailey has been a head coach in North Carolina since the 2000 season and has posted 247 wins in his career.

He was an assistant coach in the 2011 Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas.
