Spring Football 2025: Despite some youth and inexperience, expectations are high for Hough

CORNELIUS, N.C. — The CarolinaPreps.com Spring Football Tour stopped in Cornelius to discuss the upcoming season with Hough head coach DeShawn Baker. Now entering his third year leading the Huskies, Baker has guided the program to a 13-4 record, with two deep playoff runs ending in losses to Grimsley. Despite a few key positions being filled by younger players, the Huskies are expected to make a strong push in the newly realigned 8A playoffs.
