I think you are sleeping on Lake Norman. An undefeated JV team moved up. Lake Norman also got a few really good transfers. Also think you are over rating Mooresville because of the Myers Park game. Mooresville lost a ton of skill players.

Thanks for your input. I’m certainly not sleeping on Lake Norman, I know that they’ll be a much improved team, but sometimes success doesn’t transfer up from JV’s to varsity, especially in a conference as good as the I-Meck.

Would I be shocked if the Wildcats were able to knock off Mooresville, North Meck, or West Charlotte?  No. But it’s still the toughest 4A conference in the state, and they’ll have to show up with their A-game each and every week.

Top 3 in the Eastern Carolina is a toss up. Alot of people are buying into the Rose hype after the coaches poll. I just dont see how they are going to stop the run and quick outs from the backs with the front 7? Going to be interesting to see how it shakes out.

I think that rose front 7 is going to be very disruptive !! you're going  have to gameplan how to stop that big DE they got and Rose offense is always going to be explosive !!  so believe the hype

Its going to be fun to watch. I don't think Rose's front 7 is scaring anybody. They been picked to win the conference last 3 years all because a jarman is on the team and how has that worked out? South Central will be down a bit. Conley looks to me to be the most complete to take the conference.
