App St would beat them all just like App St beat UNC.

In a rebuilding year, and only to flop against GA Southern and blow an undefeated season. I can't hate App State though, so that's all I got for you.

I believe App. st. is a school nobody hates. I pull for them every week except when they play the heels.

Nope, as a Western graduate, I still hate App even though they moved up.  It's just a requirement.

I will say that if there has ever been an opportunity to make a run for UNC this would probably be it. The 2nd best team in the ACC is a 28 point underdog to Clemson this week which is just mind blowing to me. The ACC is just awful and if UNC can string a couple of top 10 classes together the window is wide open here.  VTech is down, FSU is a dumpster fire so you are really left with a ton of 2nd tier middle of the road teams.

6 wins was big for Brown. I think he absolutely needed to get bowl eligible to keep momentum going and I think he is going to get an early Xmas gift on 12-18.

Pretty nice recovery for your boy Pruitt. I would have never thought they would get to 7 after that start. Could they end up playing UNC in Nashville in the Music City Bowl?

Don't think UNC will end up in a bowl of that caliber.  I have seen two predictions...Military Bowl against Navy and Belk Bowl against Florida Atlantic.  Regardless of what bowl we play in, I am just happy the seniors will get to experience a bowl game.

I have seen them mentioned in all 3. The Brown story gives them some juice that a 6 win team doesnt usually have.

Agree, and if we are talking about the same surprise on 12/18, I can't wait.  Recruiting class is special in his first year.

I hope you're saying what I think you're saying. It would be a major win on the trails for the Heels.

A certain coach from a certain school will be spending a lot of tomorrow with a certain special player Tuesday!

Me to. I was thinking 2 wins the way the season started. Wish Crouch hadn’t fumbled Saturday or he would of had his 2nd TD of the year. I’ve been reading a bowl game in Florida. I was really happy Jarrett Guarantano rebounded and played better. I think some of the fanbase went a little to far on how they treated throughout the year.

Congrats to Chazz on making 1st team all ACC. Amazing what he's been able to do this year.

Chazz has done an incredible job in his transition to the linebacker position.  I hope he stays one more year to better perfect his technique and then go to the NFL.

I am floored it has worked out like this. I guess it just goes to show that if you are an athlete and you have some real understanding of the game you can make it happen.

Glad to see you are still keeping up with the personal attacks. Shows character. Very telling of a person that when all else fails they resort to insults.

And now we have this gem from your favorite school in Raleigh. Football season is over so he is just shooting guns indoors 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Guess you have been crying in your pillow since your beloved tarholes have sucked it up the last two basketball games. I guess crying in your pillow feel different than what you are usually doing with it. A rifle accidentally being fired  is a hell of a lot better than sexual assaults, drugs, domestic violence...etc... you know...what the unc-cheat players are known for. Glad to see I'm still in your head rent free. Enjoy the ass whipping that the Temple Owls will be handing you. And before you harp on NCSU not making a bowl... well, you'll have that. Could really care less. Watching you frothe out of the mouth over your "beloved" team that won't win a damn thing the next four or five years will be worth NCSU dropping a few games this season.

Couldn't Care Less* is the correct usage you are looking for.  If you want to harp on a school for academics, you may want to use proper grammar.  You are the king of What-Aboutisms... if I recall, only one school is under investigation by the NCAA currently, and as long as you have Doorknob Dave in control of your beloved Wolfpack, prepare for this past season to be the normal.  Just look at the recruiting class he is bringing in...not winning a lot of  games there.

WM1977 is an angry dude. I have read a bunch of his posts. Extremely concerned about the future of mankind. One of those faux tough guys you see screaming on cable news every night. Has what is wrong with everyone all figured out.

Nah, everyone who followed this knew if Clemson offered they would get him. Hope he represents the state of NC well, just wish he would have been representing in Chapel Hill instead of Clemson haha

Happy for him but I am a little disappointed.  Hard to turn your back on Clemson. Chance to play in multiple title games.

Do you think after next year Clemson keeps it rolling. Trevor Lawrence will be gone. It will be interesting to see if the next QB will be close to as good as Watson and Lawrence. Kind of like Mack at Texas. Had Young and then McCoy but after that his QBs weren’t no where near as good and they were rated highly in high school.

Obviously the QB is huge but he just continues to stack 5 stars. Now...Dabo is finally leaking a little coaching oil and that is usually where you see the first cracks.

Thing about the QB position now is you really dont have to recruit it because the next Fields, Burrow, Hurts is just a off season away.

Not sure....cannon for an arm and seems to read defenses but I just dont know if there is room for a 6'8 dude at QB in the game anymore.  Gotta be able to make plays with your feet even just a little.

Meant more as a joke but I agree. Believe he'll play TE in Chapel Hill but he really likes playing QB.

Would be a interesting target for Howell. I really think Mack should go hard at Hood. He isnt in Howell's league as a passer yet but his athleticism is off charts.

He doesn’t want to hear it but his NFL future is at OT.

Hood’s QB fundamentals may could be tightened up over a few years but I think it would be challenging.  GREAT athlete and great young man.  Type of player you want in your program.

If he is a miss at QB he is your next Suratt.

I could say him at safety or LB.  possibly a receiver and even RB.  Very versatile.

I never tell a kid that. No way we can determine what position a young kid will develop into in 4 - 5 years. He may not be a good OT candidate either.
