Not surprised Catholic won,,, i did figure KM would score at least twice after seeing them vs NW Popes boys roll. Hate i missed you last night Footie,,, i was at Keffer,, congrats on the win and another trip to the finals

From my many firsthand experiences I consider Catholic playing at Keffer the biggest homefield advantage in NC HS football. Its probably worth 10 points before the game starts. If Im correct, that means even if you consider your team equal to Catholic, you will lose by 10. The only way Catholic loses at home is if the opponent is at least 10 points better Sidelinemgr,,, do you honestly believe KM is 10 points better than Catholic?? I watched KM vs NW,,, and i just dont think KM can play 2 perfect games in a row. If KM goes into Keffer and beats Catholic, i will be the first to give them props and admit i was wrong

You want recent past records, according to Maxpreps NW was; this year- 13-1 2017- 6-6 2016- 2-9 *Coach Gentrys first year at NW 2015- 2-9 2014- 2-10 I dont have no problem with you disagreeing,, i told you that i disagree “with all respect”: i am a big coach supporter,,, I actually applaud all these coaches that have done well... Im jus sold on the NW coach because i am more familiar with how little that school has accomplished in the last 40 years

with all respect,,, i completely disagree there is no school still playing that has had a bigger turnaround in their program than Northwest Cabarrus HS under Coach Gentry no one, at no level

completely agree w this,, Coach Gentry should be state coach of the year as for “NW being exposed last night”,, yeah his o-line was giving him protection, but the way the Kings Mtn QB was playing last night, he wouldve lit up almost anyone. he was simply throwing darts all over the field, he was calm under pressure and would’ve actually had 2 more TDs if it werent for his receivers dropping balls that were placed right in their hands. IMO he was the biggest difference in this game. sometimes you just have to tip your hat and say the other guy just beat you. i congratulate both teams
