Shane Handy introduced at Clayton today

CLAYTON – Veteran head coach Shane Handy was announced as the new head football coach at Clayton High School today by the schools principal, Dr. Bennett Jones.  Handy, who’s spent the majority of his professional career in his hometown of Randleman, has a 95-63 record as a head coach, and also brings with him multiple years as a coach at the collegiate level.

Handy replaces Rob Senseney who served as an interim coach this season following the resignation of Hunter Jenks.  He was selected by Dr. Jones from a pool of over 75 applicants for the job.
