Preseason 2019: Grimsley on verge of breakthrough

GREENSBORO – On my last minicamp stop of the 2019 offseason, I visited Grimsley High School to check in on head football coach Darryl Brown and the Whirlies.  His squad posted a 7-6 record last season, and could be poised to compete for the Metro 4A conference title.
