Sanderson head football coach Jeremy Buck addresses the team following spring practice.

A strong spring leads to high expectations and optimism for Buck and Sanderson

RALEIGH – A very strong performance during this month’s spring football workouts has given new Sanderson head football coach Jeremy Buck, and his players reason to be optimistic. ¬†Following an uncharacteristic 4-7 mark a year ago, Buck has worked hard this spring laying the groundwork for what hopes to be a long and successful tenure as the Spartans head coach.

With returning quarterback Trey Baker and a host of experienced defensive players, we could see the Spartans back in the hunt for the CAP-7 title.
