Scott Chadwick earns 150th victory


With the Mustangs 55-14 victory on Friday night over Providence, Myers Park head football coach Scott Chadwick earned the 150th win in his very successful coaching career.

Chadwick, who has 79-wins in North Carolina has an overall record of 150-77.  In addition to leading Myers Park and formerly Marvin Ridge, he was a state championship winning coach in Maryland leading Bowie to the 2001 4A State Championship while losing the title game in 2003 and 2004 leading Lackey High.  He also coached for two seasons in Georgia leading the Greenbrier program.
