Coaches selected for the 2019 East-West All-Star Games

GREENSBORO – The coaching staffs for the 2019 East-West All-Star Game which will be played in July at Jamieson Stadium in Greensboro has been selected.  The coaches are selected by members of the N.C. Coaches Association Board of Directors which is compiled of coaches from across each region of our state.

The head coach for the East team will be Sport Sawyer of Manteo High School while the head coach of the West team will be Johnny Sowell of Monroe High School.

East All-Star Game Staff

Head Coach: Sport Sawyer (Manteo)

Assistants: Andy Downing (Holmes), Duran McLaurin (Seventy-First), Kenneth Neal (Southern Lee), Van Smith (Orange), and Craig Underwood (Hoggard)

West All-Star Game Staff

Head Coach: Johnny Sowell (Monroe)

Assistants: Johnny Boykin (Ragsdale), Joe Glass (Eastern Guilford), Luke Hyatt (Piedmont), Mike Willbanks (Shelby), James Wood (Elkin)
