STOCK REPORT
Williams started as a freshman for the Panthers and was an impact player immediately. He's got great speed and is able to turn and run deep while matching up with receivers. He's got a good back pedal and can stick his foot in the ground and transition very well. His hips and flexibility allow him to maintain excellent position when turning with his reciever and he's rarely out of phase.

I have not seen him in man coverage but he's got such good back pedal and hips, as well as accelleration, that I believe he can handle a man-to-man situation with the best of them. He's got very good range in a zone coverage situation and can cover a lot of ground.

He reads well and has great plant and drive to the ball. He's able to get to the ball in the air. I think he reads and diagnoses very well for young player.

He's able to get over trash very well and chases the play to the sideline quickly. Very good tackling skills. He's smooth in his turns and gets good depth when playing the deep field. Plays very well tight when inside the red zone and he's got excellent ball skills, good enough skills to play wide receiver.

I look for this young man to be a Top 25 prospect in the 2020 Class for South Carolina and one of the top ranked DB's in the Southeast region.
