Question for anyone who would know. If for some reason if it rains thursday night and they cant play the game does anybody knows what the plans will be.

84, of course your speaking pure speculation, because my guess they will play Thursday barring lightning or a monsoon. They simply don't want all that traffic at Shelby HS Friday night with the American Legion World Series folk there too, that would be a mess of mighty proportions.

The good news is, if we happen to be there and the World Series is going on, they have some damn good homemade peach ice cream at the baseball stadium.

Also, for any Wonder fans with the slightest interest in baseball, walk over and peak in the baseball stadium after you park your car. Shelby HS baseball stadium is hosting the World Series for a reason, of course they got great community support but they've also built their own FIELD OF DREAMS.

Can the Wonders go 3-0 over those Shelby Lions in the middle of Lion Country?
