Post here who you think should make the NC Team!

I think Meck County will have a big year. A lot of talent in the county and surrounding counties. The teams in Meck are down with the new schools opening and some losses on the coaching staffs but some really impressive kids.

Mallard Creek will get two but who will they be. I am thinking Butler gets shut out.

Receiver from Indy (Dukes) very good.

Catholic (ol) and AK (de) each have a player going to Notre Dame and they are very impressive.

Berry has two All Americans (lb and athlete).

Olympic has a coach on the staff and a dominant linebacker (MacAfee).

North Meck has a stud running back/athlete but they are terrible and not sure he will get on there but he is good enough.

Vance has a super running back but they are also on hard times.

Couple of offensive linemen in the county are very good.

Union County, Gaston, and Cabarrus County each have some talented players that are going to BCS schools that have strong games.

One player that was mentioned to me by a South Point supporter does not appear to have attended a combine. Do not think it 100% mandatory but anyone that is serious about making the game needs to show up for it.

Remember head coaches must nominate a player and they also must meet certain academic guidelines.

Have not seen this years numbers but about 20% of lasts years players did not attend combines.

The key is that the schools head coach must nominate the top player to be selected tot he game.

I think it funny every year on here that people that know so much about their team and blame the Shrine Bowl Coaches for not selcting a kid that his head coach never nominated.

There is NO WAY that Kwashaun Quick does not make this team!!! He is the unquestioned leader of a very good football team and the ultimate playmaker. He is also an outstanding student and an even better young man. It would not surprise me if either Dominique Green of Isaiah Robinson make the team also. I have seen these young men up close and personal at several combines and involved in head to head competition with the best this state and region have to offer. They are step for step as good as anyone around....Go Scots!!!
