I'm pretty sure the kid from Page kicked the basketball to draw that technical foul at the end of the game.Thought the refs missed that blocking call near the end.Probably should have been a charge.That technical foul essentially ended a very entertaining game.


I feel the Page coaches decision to hold the ball with over four minutes to go and a one point lead backfired on him.

The technical was very weird. Page was called for a foul after a Davie rebound. So, normally after a foul call a referee would run down the court and stand under the basket to administer the free throws. So the Page kid rolled the ball down the floor towards the ref and he gets T'd up for delaying the game. Not sure how that warrants a technical foul.

The blocking call on the other hand, was just a horrible call. It happens though. Page still had a great season, undersized and all.

What I don't understand is how WC beat Olympic so bad....

He did not kick the ball. Like I said, he was giving the ball to the ref, and I guess the other ref saw it as delaying the game? Not sure how though. Ridiculous call, just like the block that should have been a charge. 5 point swing.

I agree that the decision by Page to hold the ball hurt Page, didn't understand that call. I was watching the technical call and it appeared to me that the player held the ball, then threw on a hard roll down the court, at the same time appeared to be talking. Don't know what the ref saw or heard to call the T. The block/charge could have gone either way (IMO), appeared that the back court officical defered to the official on the baseline.
