With the bowl season almost over, the verdict is in. The ACC is weaker than used dishwater. The conference is not competative against the rest of the nation. It just shows the round ball is more important to the member schools. As much as it pains me to say, NCSU was the shining star along ith Fla. State. Va. & Wake were not competative with lower teer SEC West schools. My Tar Heels went AWOL. Ga. Tech, not much better. Clemson forgot to board the plane to Miami. Not a banner year. Oh well, the bouncing ball now takes center stage.

Agreed.....B-ball might not fair much better either.....they've had a strong start...most schools had a weak non-conference schedule.....but they'll weed each other out during the conference stretch. I hope they can get at least 6-7 teams in this season.....but we'll see.

Unless thinking changes, at the conference & institutional level, everything will remain unchanged. Quite honestly, this bowl season was an embarrassment for the ACC.

If you ar talking just football then your right the ACC sucks, but if your talking total athletic programs then the ACC ranks up their near the top.

When it comes to football, the ACC sucks. Blame it on the school administrators and John Swofford. Clemson trys, but always finds a way to screw it up as does Ga. Tech. Va Tech is just in a down cycle & Fl State is digging themselves out of a hole. The rest just plain suck.
