I would at least like a coach with Head Coach experience.....

You mean with more than Coach C had I'm assuming cause he had HC experience. However, with how the last two coaches have been ousted not sure many big time HCs will be fighting tooth and nail for this job. Some will cause of history, talent and opportunity to coach at a perennial power, but is it worth the headaches Hoggard and now Coach C have faced from some fans?

Nope , that's not what I meant at all. I mean when they hire someone , they should have head coach experience, not someone that doesn't. Nothing at all against Coach C or Coach H, both of whom I liked.

I realize that this is the nature of the beast in he coaching business, but I just can't get behind taking any joy in coaches getting fired/forced to resign. It affects so much more than just him and so close to Christmas. I just don't like that everyone knows before the official word comes down...

Well Scotlands sideline signals were passed on last week, so maybe Richmonds private information
getting the same.

Even the one where they hand it off to the big, fast running back :)

Depending if the screen is a forward pass or not.

I don't believe Scotland is very familiar with the "forward pass"

Over 2K yards passing and over 20TD passes would say otherwise.

2200 yards and 29 passing TDs were the stats for our starter, so try again

With the potential of some job openings in Charlotte, I wouldn't be surprised to see Coach Castellano make his way over to Meck County.
