The 2016 high school football season is right around the corner and we've released the 2016 CarolinaPreps.com - Dynamic Fitness & Strength Preseason Power Rankings. As expected, Mallard Creek and Shelby are atop the rankings as both teams have won back-to-back-to-back state championships.
