BREAKING: 2013 Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas Rosters

The players have been selected for the 77th Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas to be played on Dec. 21st at Wofford College.  The Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas is the oldest High School Football All-Star Game in the naton.  The 40-man rosters were selected by the respective coachings staffs of each state.
